On a walk along the river with my camera, I am searching for colours.
I find this extraordinary burst of red and orange in the hedgerow. Before using this photograph in my composition I do a little research online and discover that these appear to be two varieties of Firethorn (Pyracantha) growing side by side: one laden with vivid orange pomes, the other with brilliant red ones.
