Toothache

I don’t like negative posts to the journal but .... I have had severe toothache for about 5 days now. This kind of pain is very difficult to pinpoint. In this case, the pain seemed to spread about so by the time I did get an appointment with the dentist, I couldn’t be sure which tooth it was coming from.

Actually this was a new dentist from my normal. I decided that I needed to seek private (more expensive) treatement; mainly because, I needed more time. The national health system is fine but the dentist is 'encouraged' to get onto the next patient as soon as possible and the last two problems I had were never resolved. I have some antibiotics to get rid of the infection and I go back tommorrow. During my visit to the Diamond House dental practise I had my complete head x-rayed with this incredible device that moves around your head taking a 'panorama'! I'll see if he will let me have a copy of this when it gets developed.
